Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Advance Payment Policy
Advance payments are required to initiate projects and reserve development resources. Once work has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.

Project Cancellation Policy
Clients may request project cancellation before development work begins. Once project execution, design work, development, optimization, or marketing activities have started, cancellation charges may apply.
Important Notice
Accodigit reserves the right to deduct operational, development, consultation, design, and resource allocation costs before processing any eligible refund request.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or payment reversals may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
Accodigit reserves full rights to:
- Suspend website or hosting access
- Restrict admin panel access
- Withhold source files and deliverables
- Pause project execution
- Take legal action where necessary
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 7–15 business days depending on payment gateways, banking systems, and transaction methods.
Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Accodigit management.
Approval of refunds is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
