02. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Accodigit website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

03. Mandatory Project Agreement

Every project requires quotation approval, advance payment confirmation, and signing of the official Accodigit Project Agreement before work initiation.

04. Payments & Billing

Advance payments may be mandatory before project initiation. Final project delivery may remain restricted until complete payment clearance.

05. Refund Policy

• Completed services are non-refundable.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable after project initiation.
• Hosting, APIs, domains, plugins, and third-party services are non-refundable.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, UI/UX designs, branding assets, workflows, software systems, and graphics remain protected until complete payment clearance.

07. Limitation of Liability

Accodigit shall not be responsible for business losses, revenue loss, security incidents, reputation damage, data loss, or indirect damages.

08. Account Suspension & Termination

Accodigit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate services for policy violations or non-payment.

09. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
